Dear Special Guests and Members,

We are holding our 54th ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING since incorporation (our 72nd Annual General Meeting since foundation in 1954) at 13:00 on Saturday, 21 November 2026 at the Museum following an informal ‘sausage sizzle’ with Valley Heights Locomotive Depot Heritage Museum members at 12:00.

You are cordially invited to attend our AGM and hopefully be willing to accept a Board position if nominated.

The 2025 VHLDHM Annual Meeting will commence at 11:00 the same day. VHLDHM and STARPS members will join at 12:00 for the sausage sizzle.
