Dear Special Guests and Members,
We are holding our 53rd ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING since incorporation (our 71st Annual General Meeting since foundation in 1954) at 13:00 on Saturday, 8 November at the Museum following an informal ‘sausage sizzle’ with Valley Heights Locomotive Depot Heritage Museum members at 12:00.
You are cordially invited to attend our AGM and hopefully be willing to accept a Board position if nominated.
The Annual Report is expected by mid October and will include the 2025 AGM Agenda, 2024 AGM Minutes and 2025 reports.

The 2024 VHLDHM Annual General Meeting will commence at 11:00 the same day. VHLDHM and STARPS members will join at 12:00 for the sausage sizzle.
